Campaign Bio I previously served on the City Council in 2020-2021. In addition to dealing with all the challenges of the pandemic, in my first term on the Council, I worked on legislation to create hundreds of new affordable homes in Cambridge, safer streets for pedestrians and cyclists, and more transparent and accountable government. I’m excited to build on that experience and hit the ground running if elected. Since my previous term on the City Council, I have been working as the New England Progressive Governance Director for the Working Families Party. In my current role, I work with state & local elected officials, advocates, and residents around New England to craft legislation on affordable housing, child care, sustainability, and more. Before starting on the Council, I worked with environmental programs at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, a nationally-recognized land policy think in Cambridge. My work supported land conservation projects around the world, and I helped land trusts, academic institutions, and community organizations find the tools they needed to build sustainable communities. Like two-thirds of Cambridge residents, I’m a renter. I’m a proud organizer by background and democratic socialist by commitment. I live in Cambridgeport in a triple-decker with my partner and our cat, Eden. Learn more about my campaign via my website, Twitter, or Instagram. Endorsements:
