LAQUEEN BATTLE ANNOUNCES CANDIDACY FOR BOTH CAMBRIDGE CITY COUNCIL AND SCHOOL COMMITTEE

(CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS) - LaQueen Battle, a community health worker/certified nursing aide of her local nonprofit, Battle First Aid Responder Services, Inc., a community medical services volunteer for various charities around the world including the 2022-2025 Boston Marathon and the 2024 Chicago Marathon and the 2024 TCS New York Marathon; has just announced her candidacy for both the 2025 Cambridge City Council and 2025 CPSD Cambridge School Committee for the November 4th, 2025 elections. After receiving the necessary signatures for both offices, LaQueen now shifts her attention to allowing the voters of the City of Cambridge to personally get to know her and her positions on the most important issues relevant to today's citizens.

LaQueen Battle is a mother, a domestic violence survivor, recipient of 5 certifications from Harvard Medical School HMX Program during the Covid19 Pandemic. She is also a graduate of Purdue University and lived in Roseland on the South of Chicago for almost 10 years before she moved to Massachusetts. So, she understands the issues of low-income poverty stricken districts as well as upbeat urban metropolitan areas that are always on the Rise.
